This is the fourth tiny treehouse I’ve purchased. They are a lot of fun to put together and look really nice once they’re done. I would advise starting with one of the easier models. The bendable roof pieces on this model break easily so I think this could be a frustrating model to do as your first one. To TinyTreehouses I’d note that while it’s helpful to have a trial roof piece to get the feel of how to bend those, it would be better if that the trial piece were the same size as one of the actual roof pieces so that the builder already has a spare of at least one roof piece when they receive the model. I’ve also found that the bigger models like this one could benefit from having 2 stakes at the bottom rather than just one to help keep them stable in soft soil.
D4 is too fragile. Maybe have an extra one included.
I love these little tree houses! They're so satisfying to build, only take a few hours at most, and I highly recommend the USB timer for the lights if you don't want to burn through a bazillion batteries, because you WILL want these to be turned on every chance you get! A word of caution with this one, the roof bits are extremely sensitive to getting pushed into place. I cracked mine in two different spots that you can hardly tell, but gentle pressure is easier said than done when you're excited~

My daughter enjoyed building it, and it joined the other 3 that live in our plants.

I have several of these and love getting them for Christmas. Like a little kid having a project to play with on Christmas Day. Parts are well fitting. Instructions are well documented.
One of my very first ones!! My boyfriend gave this one to me for Christmas and it was my favorite one of that group! Sooo easy to put together and when it is lit up, it's just gorgeous!!! The detail that was put into these is just crazy. It's the perfect miniature of some of the temples I visited in Japan! If you or someone you know love plants, this is the perfect gift for them!

This was a fun project to make The instructions were easy to follow. Just wish you added one more top triangle piece that bends, mine drop on one piece, but I glued it good and am happy with the result!
I received one of your treehouses as a gift during recovery from surgery. I enjoyed it so much, and chose to purchase 2 others of your products for our adult children. They have enjoyed putting them together! The quality of your treehouses is very high, and the lighting really "completes" the effect. We are all enjoying ours. We were super stressed about not breaking the roof pieces and yet totally worth it! This was a lot of fun and we have more to do!
Beautiful temple design. It went together easily and even had practice pieces for the curved roof. I had a lot of fun painting it with paint markers and I hi jacked the practice pieces to make a small foot bridge. :)

These house give a finished look to your plants. I bought all 3 oriental palaces and they complete the look of my plants. They were so fun to put together. These are my favorite 3D wood puzzles.

I put miniatures together all the time. I thought this would be easy to do. I found that some parts were hard to snap into place which it broke. I had to use a hand razor to shave some parts to allow them to snap into place. I was able to finish it but looks a little broken in some spaces.

I love the item. Was fun to put together. But was way more expensive than the item should have been for the size of a coffee cup. If it was at least 10” x 10” x 10” square or bigger for the price it was sold for.

The treehouse is awesome! It came together real nice. I am totally satisfied and am recommending these kits to other family and friends! They are so small and cute, especially with the lights on! That being said though, I broke a couple of the curved roof panels while having to bend it into place, even after using the "practice" panels! I managed to use glue to fix one of them (the smallest one on the top) which broke into two pieces, and that worked. The other (larger) panel just cracked on the edge and remained in tact. No biggy, and not noticeable. Both panels broke while (carefully) bending them into the "curve" that is needed. All in all though, I am very satisfied and will certainly buy more!

WON'T THE WOOD GET DAMAGED BY WATER?
Each treehouse comes with an Acrylic Stake, so the wood does not come into contact with the soil.
If you accidentally splash a treehouse when watering your plant, not to worry - just shake off the excess water and let it air dry.
The treehouses can withstand regular light misting of surrounding plants.
How long does it take to assemble a 3D model kit?

CAN THEY BE USED OUTDOORS?
The wood is untreated and not waterproof, but you can varnish it with a weatherproof varnish to help protect it from the elements. Check out our how-to guide here.
DO THEY INCLUDE LIGHTS?
Each Tiny Treehouse kit comes with battery-operated LED lights. (Batteries not included)
The USB LED lights are an optional extra, that have a USB plug instead of battery compartment, eliminating the need for batteries.

DOES IT REQUIRE GLUE?
The models have been designed with precision to fit together snugly without the need for glue.
However, there may be instances where the outer pieces of the model are slightly loose, and a drop of glue suitable for wood will secure it in place.
If you have pets or children around, we recommend you glue some of the outer pieces down to make the model more durable.
